Japanese knives is one of the only products in the world that the demand is higher than the offer, meaning manufacturing custom products in Japan is very difficult.
Samuel has met more than 30 factories in person and is actively in contact with all of them. His relationship with our trusted production partners insures us the privilege of producing custom knives with them. By producing our knives in Japan, we have the capacity to produce some of the world's finest knives.
Canada
Not only do we have access to amazing species of wood locally in Canada, we also know how to produce real work of arts with them. Our cutting boards, knife handles, knife blocks, racks and other wooden accessories are all handmade with local and sustainably sourced woods here in Canada.
We are also in contact with some of the world's best craftsmen in other countries.
